At Get Great Power, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering quality products and services. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have outlined our Refund & Returns Policy below to ensure a fair and transparent process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) is required for all return requests.
  • Certain items such as clearance products, custom-made items, or perishable goods may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must not show signs of wear, misuse, or physical damage.
  • Packaging and all accessories/manuals must be included.
  • Products that are damaged due to improper handling, negligence, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible.

3. Responsibility for Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon delivery.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.

4. Damaged or Defective Goods

  • If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost to you.
  • Supporting evidence (such as photos of the damage/defect) may be required to process your claim.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, except where the error is ours (wrong or defective product).

6. Exchanges

  • We allow exchanges for items of equal or higher value (with the difference payable).
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Restocking Fee

  • A 10% handling/restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns to cover processing costs.
  • This fee will not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

8. Lost or Missing Parcels

  • We are not liable for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If your parcel goes missing in transit, we will work with our courier partners to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

9. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders may be cancelled or modified if requested before dispatch.
  • Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. You may then proceed with a return request as per the above terms.
