At Get Great Power, we understand that plans may change and sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Our Cancellation Policy has been designed to be fair, transparent, and in compliance with South African consumer protection laws.

1. Order Cancellations Before Dispatch

  • Customers may cancel an order at no cost if the cancellation request is made before the order has been processed and dispatched.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at sales@getgreatpower.com or call (084) 294-0774 with your order number.
  • Once cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.

2. Order Cancellations After Dispatch

  • If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • However, you may request a return in accordance with our [Refund & Returns Policy].
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

3. Special or Custom Orders

  • Custom or special-order items cannot be cancelled once production or processing has started.
  • If cancellation is requested before production begins, a full refund will be issued.

4. Failure to Pay or Confirm Payment

  • For orders placed via Direct Bank Transfer (EFT), payment must reflect in our account within 48 hours.
  • If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7–10 business days using the same payment method originally used.
  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

6. Company’s Right to Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • The product is out of stock or discontinued.
  • Payment was not successfully received or verified.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
  • Incorrect pricing or product description due to website errors.

In such cases, customers will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.
